A man in his 30’s has committed suicide after an argument with his wife at Gravel Yard in the Torompan Electoral Area, Amenfi West Municipal.
Hon. Abdulai Salifu Amadiba, Assembly member for Torompan electoral area on Green Gold FM narrated that, the deceased, Martin Kunchor, is a Cocoa Purchasing Clerk (PC) and a farmer known very well to be calm, on Wednesday, 23rd July in the morning placed a gun at his left ear and shot it through the left eye.
Residents claim that Martin had an argument with his wife and later left home to the cemetery and shot himself.
Samreboi Police were called to inspect the scene. The body has been taken by the police for proper investigations before the family is given permission for burial.
